Self-Relationship Training®

Cultivating a Stronger Connection with Yourself

This comprehensive six-module Self-Relationship Training is designed to guide participants in navigating the often complex landscape of self-relationship dynamics. Through this carefully structured programme, you will learn to recognise, understand, and transform patterns of negative self-treatment, ultimately fostering a more compassionate, supportive, and affirming relationship with yourself.

Over the course of these modules, you will explore patterns of self-dislike, identify underlying modes of self-sabotage, and examine the emotional effects that these behaviours have on your well-being. By doing so, you will cultivate a deeper self-awareness, paving the way towards a healthier, more positive relationship with yourself.

Each module combines engaging lectures with thought-provoking reflective exercises and immersive experiential activities, all designed to be completed at your own pace. This self-directed structure promotes profound personal reflection and integration, enabling you to internalise insights deeply and apply them meaningfully in your life.

Upon completion of the programme, you also have the option to book an individual online support session. This provides a valuable opportunity to explore your personal experiences more fully, address any challenges that may emerge, and receive guidance on how best to integrate your new self-understanding into daily life.

Personal Investment:

  • £495 for the complete six-module course

  • £150 for the optional individual online support session

  • Explore the foundational concepts of the self-relationship and discover how negative self-treatment manifests in thoughts and behaviours, leading to emotional consequences. This module provides a framework for recognising harmful patterns and sets the stage for deeper exploration in subsequent modules.

  • Explore the various forms of self-attack, from subtle self-dislike to harsh self-criticism and debilitating self-harm. This module guides participants in recognising these extremes and understanding their profound effects on mental and emotional health. By fostering awareness of these destructive patterns, participants will be empowered to cultivate a more compassionate inner dialogue, ultimately promoting greater self-acceptance and resilience.

  • Examine how self-monitoring can evolve into a form of hostile control, resulting in patterns of self-imposed pressure and excessive self-regulation. In this module, participants will learn to identify these problematic behaviours and develop strategies to transition toward more compassionate, supportive self-guidance. This shift promotes healthier habits, enhances self-esteem, and encourages a more balanced approach to personal growth.

  • Explore the subtle yet powerful ways self-neglect can emerge from a hostile relationship with oneself, leading to the disregard of essential needs. This module encourages participants to recognise neglectful behaviours and underlying beliefs, helping to cultivate a deeper understanding of self-care as a vital component of improving the self-relationship and overall well-being.

  • Delve into the concept of ‘hostile freedom’, where the pursuit of independence or avoidance of interactions can lead to emotional distancing and isolation. In this module, participants will reflect on their relationships with themselves and others, learning how to strike a balance between autonomy and healthy connection. This exploration fosters a deeper sense of belonging and encourages participants to cultivate meaningful relationships that enhance their emotional well-being.

  • Having uncovered patterns of negative self-treatment, this final module focuses on integrating strategies to enhance self-connection and acceptance in daily life. Participants will gain valuable tools for building a positive self-relationship, emphasising the importance of self-compassion, forgiveness, and celebrating each person’s unique qualities. This module paves the way for lasting change and fulfilment, empowering you to embrace your authentic self and cultivate a compassionate inner dialogue.

  • To further enhance your journey towards a nurturing self-relationship, we offer an optional individual online support session following the completion of the Self-Relationship Training course. This session provides you with the opportunity to delve deeper into your individual experiences, clarify any challenges you may face, and receive guidance as you integrate the course outcomes into your daily life. Our supportive environment encourages open discussion, allowing you to explore your insights and apply the tools you've learned in a way that resonates with you. This session is designed to empower you as you continue to cultivate a positive relationship with yourself, fostering lasting transformation and growth.
