The Individual Session Protocol is ideal if you need immediate support or guidance on a specific issue without committing to long-term therapy. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and implement practical solutions to improve your well-being.
For a more structured approach, the Short-Term 6-Session Protocol provides a focused space to explore your emotions and challenges in greater depth. This can be particularly beneficial if you are new to counselling, offering a solid foundation for self-awareness and personal development while equipping you with practical tools to enhance your overall quality of life.
The Medium-Term 12-Session Protocol allows for a deeper engagement in the therapeutic process, addressing both past experiences and current stressors. Through this extended approach, you can explore recurring patterns, develop long-term coping strategies, and build resilience. If longer-term therapy is needed, sessions can be extended beyond the initial twelve at the same cost per session.

£150 per session - when booking a 12-session package
£165 per session - when booking a 6-session package
